Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Iannelli Diamonds, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible in-stock items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Standard in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the first delivery attempt.
To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must:
- Be in its original condition
- Show no signs of wear or damage
- Include all original packaging and accompanying documentation
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges are not permitted for:
- Custom-sized items
- Engraved items
- Rhodium-polished items
- Special-order merchandise
- Custom-made jewelry
- Engagement rings made to order
- Wedding bands made to order
This includes any item that is not regularly kept in stock or that has been specially manufactured to a client's specifications.
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase; however, we believe that a 10-day evaluation period provides sufficient time to assess an item and ensure it meets your expectations.
Custom Jewelry Policy
Custom-made and specially ordered pieces are created specifically for each client based on their individual requirements and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.
If a completed custom piece differs from the approved design specifications and requires structural modifications, the item must be returned for review and correction within 60 days of completion to avoid additional correction fees.
Requests for design changes made more than 60 days after completion may be subject to additional charges following evaluation by management and/or our customer service department.
Please note that this policy does not apply to repairs or adjustments covered under our manufacturing warranty.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning an eligible item, you must contact Iannelli Diamonds to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).
Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender.
Your return shipment should include:
- The item being returned
- All original packaging
- Any accompanying documentation
Return Shipping Instructions
When shipping a return:
- Fully insure the package for the original purchase price
- Obtain proof of shipment and delivery confirmation
- Request a return receipt from the carrier
- Do not write the word "jewelry" anywhere on the outside of the package for security purposes
Please note that Iannelli Diamonds is not responsible for return shipping costs or insurance fees associated with returned merchandise.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by Iannelli Diamonds, the item will be verified for eligibility.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.
Please allow up to five business days from the date we receive the returned item for refund processing.
